The home is nicely furnished, including furniture and bedding.  All three kitchens are fully equipped with cookware, dishware and glassware.  Hardwood flooring on main floor, tile in bathrooms, carpeting elsewhere.  Window treatments and ceiling fans in all rooms.

Large capacity water heater.  Interior sprinkler system.  One-car, front-load garage.  Additional parking on driveway and off-street spaces behind home.  Near free bus line; 10-minute ride to campus.  A small shopping center, featuring restaurants, a supermarket, drug store and fitness center, is located ½ away.

All tenants will access the home via the front door and will share the laundry facilities.  All bedrooms/apartments have keyed locks, so privacy is ensured.

12-month lease term preferred, though shorter terms will be considered for qualified candidates.  Security deposit equal to one month’s rent.  No smoking.  No pets.

Two ~400 sq ft apartments offer quiet and comfortable living, ideal for graduate students.  Spaces include family room, kitchen, dining and bedroom.  Private bathroom with shower.  The fully stocked kitchenettes include cook, dinner and glassware, basic utensils and a full-sized refrigerator.
