Approval to lease this home is based on the results of the online application. An application fee of $35 is required for everyone 18 listed on the lease, including guarantors. The fee covers the cost of credit, criminal and eviction checks. In order to be approved with a single month's deposit, you must show proof of income of 3x the monthly rent and have a credit score above 620, no evictions within the last 5 years and no felony criminal background in the last 7 years. Houses are given to the first approved applicant that has submitted all the required paperwork. If your first choice of home is not available, the application and fee can be applied to another property that we manage.
