Approval to lease this home is based on the results of the online application. An application fee of $35 is required for everyone 18 listed on the lease, including guarantors. The fee covers the cost of credit, criminal and eviction checks. In order to be approved with a single month's deposit, you must show proof of income of 3x the monthly rent and have a credit score above 620, no evictions within the last 5 years and no felony criminal background in the last 7 years.
