Lake Hogan Farms is a great luxury neighborhood located in Chapel Hill and Carrboro. Built on a former dairy farm, from which it gets its name, Lake Hogan Farms features an architecturally united mix of family homes, townhomes, and luxury estates. Development of this community began in 1994 specifically to house residents employed by companies in the Research Triangle Park as well as the nearby universities, University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and Duke University.
