Lake Hogan Farms is a great luxury neighborhood located in Chapel Hill and Carrboro. Built on a former dairy farm, from which it gets its name, Lake Hogan Farms features an architecturally united mix of family homes, townhomes, and luxury estates. Development of this community began in 1994 specifically to house residents employed by companies in the Research Triangle Park as well as the nearby universities, University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and Duke University. The location of this neighborhood doesn’t get much more perfect for residents who work at or attend these institutions.
The community’s offered selection of townhomes is fairly unique to luxury communities in the area. The townhomes are absolutely gorgeous, and the attention to detail and size make these townhomes seem like family homes. Walking trails are scattered over 90+ acres of the common area around a 12-acre fishing lake. The sidewalks and walking trails are perfect for meeting your neighbors. The community clubhouse also offers many recreational opportunities to the neighborhood, including a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground.
The community is also only a short drive away from downtown Chapel Hill and the rest of the Triangle, so residents have access to anything they may need.
