Lake Hogan Farms is a great luxury neighborhood located in Chapel Hill and Carrboro. Built on a former dairy farm, from which it gets its name, Lake Hogan Farms features an architecturally-united mix of family homes, town homes, and luxury estates. Development of this community began in 1994 specifically to house residents employed by companies in the Research Triangle Park as well as the nearby universities, University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and Duke University. The location of this neighborhood doesn’t get much more perfect for residents who work at or attend these institutions.
The community’s offered selection of town homes is fairly unique to luxury communities in the area. The town homes are absolutely gorgeous, and the attention to detail and size make these town homes seem like family homes. The homes in Lake Hogan Farms are consistently gorgeous, with nice decks and areas for gardens. There are a few sections in the neighborhood left for local custom builders.
